Advertising Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and
conditions before listing your business with
Events Planner Online.
1. Your business listing is for one free
listing in one services category featured on
the Events Planner Online website unless
specified otherwise by Events Planner
Online.
2. Your business listing will include one
link only to the homepage of your website
should you business have a current and
registered website.
3. You may list your business with the
condition that a reciprocal link is provided
from your business's website. If a link is
not provided, Events Planner Online has the
right to remove your listing from the Events
Planner Online website.
4. For businesses without a website, you may
still list your business however, your
listing will not be linked to any website or
webpage other that the direct website for
the business itself.
5. Listings are in alphabetical order.
Premium listings are available at a cost to
make your business listing stand out from
the rest.
6. Events Planner Online reserves the right
to cancel the offer for free advertising at
anytime. At this stage you may then elect to
remain listed on Events Planner Online and
pay an advertising fee, or remove your
listing without cost and without penalty.
You will not be charged for advertising fees
without being given the option or without
prior notice.
7. Banner space advertising is available at
a cost and is not a free service on the
Events Planner Online website.
8. The upload of a picture for your business
listing must be tasteful and will be
screened by Events Planner Online before
being posted on the Events Planner Online
Website. Events Planner online reserves the
right to reject images submitted if thought
to be inappropriate or distasteful. You may
then be requested to submit a different
image or your business listing will exist
without an image.
9. Your business details will not be used
for any databases or for any other purpose
other than the Events Planner Online
business listing and for Events Planner
Online advertising records.
