Children's Party
Action Plan
The Party day can be hectic and as the party
host, you have a lot to do. You can get
quite busy on the party day and the
responsibility of a group of children can be
quite
daunting. Firstly, don't try to tackle it
all on your own and in one day. Pre-prepare
as
much as possible and ask a few family and
friends if they will be able to assist you
on the
day. You will need assistance with
supervising the children, playing games,
running
activities and bringing out and clearing the
food.
The following are a few examples of action
plans for the day if you are having a party
at
your home or a public place such as a park.
If you are having the party at a themed
venue such as a bowling alley, the venue
will have their own set procedure and you
wont
have to worry about much.
The action plan is not a tool used to run
the day as a soldier, it is merely a set
plan of
proceedings for the day to use as a guide.
You couldn't possible anticipate the whole
day
down to the minute so do allow some
flexibility when planning.
